It is Getting Cold in New England

No snow, but time to put on mittens, winter coat, and warm hat.  Trying to finish medical apts. before relocation. As we age our bodies need more work and more help. Just finished cataract surgery. Wow, I can see again. Great procedure and it does make a big difference.

Wonderful Time to Swim

Today I was allowed to swim again after eye surgery. It felt great! I really miss the exercise when I am unable to swim. We look forward to relocating soon. Trying to finish up medical apts. Rainy and then sunny in the afternoon.

Stomach Issues

Just saw the doctor after a tough night with stomach pain. Perhaps I ate something that did not agree with me. Glad I saw the doctor even though I did not have an apt. Went to his office and waited until he saw me. Sometimes you have to do that.

Teaching is done at the libraries

I enjoyed doing three programs at the libraries. They went well. I had to cancel my Sept. program since I have to have cataract surgery. I will be glad when it is over.

Summer is going quickly

Working on fixing up the house. Met a nice young man at Home Depot and he did a great job doing repairs. Home Depot is a good place to find folks to fix what is broken.
