Confusing Day with Wells Fargo Bank

I think Wells Fargo Bank needs better help. I have been waiting for a new credit card for two months and so far it has not arrived. When I go to complain they pass the buck and no one follow through. Where does the buck stop? Perhaps I should write to the President of the bank. Maybe he can get through the maze of exceuses they give to the customer.

Fancy Nancy Says: Many of the banks needs help. They forgot about the customers' needs.
